HOW WE HANDLE
YOUR DATA.

1. Who we are

The controller of your personal data is Juhas Digital Services s.r.o., Sukennicka 1, Bratislava 82109, Slovakia (“Sellerita”, “we”). Contact: info@sellerita.com.

2. What data we collect

When you submit the partnership proposal form on sellerita.com, we collect the data you provide: your full name, email address, phone number, company name and website (optional), and your answers about your product, sales history, revenue, marketing budget, ideal customer, and target geography.

We do not use analytics cookies or tracking on this website.

3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

We process your data to evaluate your partnership proposal and to contact you about it. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the consent box in the form, and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in responding to business inquiries addressed to us.

4. Where your data goes

Your submission is delivered to us as an email. We use the following processors: Twilio SendGrid (email delivery), Cloudflare (website hosting), and Google Cloud (application infrastructure, EU region). We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else.

5. How long we keep it

We keep proposal submissions for up to 24 months from receipt, so we can evaluate the proposal and follow up. If we enter a partnership, the data becomes part of the contractual relationship and is kept for its duration and any legally required retention periods. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your data; to restrict or object to its processing; to data portability; and to withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). To exercise any of these rights, email info@sellerita.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. In Slovakia this is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR), Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk.

7. Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
